There is currently stabling available for up to five patients. This includes a stable for intensive care and fluid therapy and an isolation unit where horses with potentially infectious conditions can be housed. Horses attending the hospital on a day patient basis can also be stabled.

At the clinic there are two examination rooms which are used when evaluating cases – the principal area contains a set of stocks used primarily for dental and obstetrical procedures, this room has an extension where most radiography, ultrasound and shock wave treatments are performed. A separate facility is available in which general examination and nerve blocks can be performed.

A large car park enables access for the largest of modern horse boxes with a purpose built loading ramp for the safe loading of patients.
